Great hotel right in the centre
Great hotel right in the heart of the city and perfectly located for our night out and meal at the Alchemist nearby. Really friendly check in. We were upgraded on arrival I suspect due to low numbers (it was 30th Dec). Room was really nice. Bed super comfy and amazing shower. Complimentary tea and coffee (albeit basic quality - could put more premium brands in). Complimentary water also provided as well as shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. It was our second visit here. The prices can sometimes be a bit silly but we struck it lucky with an overnight stay for £67 which was great value. Parked at the Lace Market car park overnight which is a 2 min walk away. Would definitely return

Was a lovely stay, the staff are amazing, especially Peter checking us out, made to feel very welcome. Such a quirky little place to stay. The room was spotless. Only downside didn't want to leave, would defiantly be recommending to all my friends many thanks Michelle and Phil.
Wonderful staff, comfy and welcoming hotel in a great city centre location
My Mum and I stayed here for a few days over Christmas to visit friends and family. It was great being in the centre of town, right in the Lace market area, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and 10 mins walk into the City Centre. The room was cosy and quiet, and the hotel was comfortable and clean. But what made our stay were the lovely staff- so friendly and accommodating- they couldn't do enough for you. They made us feel very welcome and were helpful and always available.

Right at the centre of nottingham bars, restaurants, bus stop right outside and tram stops across the road, close to the market square and the Xmas market! the staff were very attentive and friendly, great fun, special thanks to Will, Sofia, Cyrus, Darren, Joanna. They made our stay fun and special. The room was comfortable, bed fantastic, decor fab. The breakfast was amazing fresh fruit and juices cereals, etc. As well as the cooked food, and hot drinks. Looking forward to returning to celebrate my wife's birthday next time! They made my birthday a fab event!
A truly exceptional hotel.
Having stayed in a few city centre hotels in Nottingham this is by far my number one. Staff are truly welcoming and friendly. The bedrooms are homely and not clinical as so many are now. The hotel is in a great location with bars and restaurants all around and a tram stop less than 2 minutes away. The absolute best cooked breakfast ever! Fresh, high quality ingredients and excellent service.

Had a really great stay here for a weekend. The staff we superb from the very start, and went over and above to ensure my partner and I had a perfect anniversary weekend. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed (although a bath would have been great), and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Highly recommended.
